HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! 

Goodness, I’m cutting it fine, January 1 is almost over.  It ended up being a very busy day, which would be fine if I felt that I actually achieved anything.  I managed to finish two very simple projects for the Lisa B Designs blog, but nothing for myself.  My Muse hasn’t been seen in my craft room for the last two weeks.  I thought she’d be pleased that I finally tidied it, but I’m beginning to think she got tired of the horrible weather & is soaking up the sun, while drinking margaritas, on an exotic beach somewhere.  So tonight, I have some calendars that I made in November.

They were all going in the mail, so I kept them very simple.

I stamped the script with Weathered Wood DI & the flourish & flowers with Aged Mahogany.

PaperArtsy Fresco Finish paints – Chocolate Pudding, Mermaid, Little Black Dress -  and Treasure Gold on the bird cage.

More distress inks; Chipped Sapphire, Stormy Sky, Faded Jeans, Walnut Stain.  The quotes on both of these are from Tim Holtz stamps.

Dylusions sprays – London Blue & Vibrant Turquoise – and Salty Ocean DI.  TH Chitchat stickers.

More Fresco Finish paints – Beach Hut & Mermaid -  on the bird charm.

Apologies for such a brief post, I’ve still got stuff to do before I can go to bed & I’ve an early start in the morning – the Christmas holiday is well & truly over.
