Yes, I know, it’s January 3 – already! – so I’m a little late with my new year’s greeting. But I hope everyone had a great Christmas & New Year. I haven’t made any cards, but I have made a few crafting resolutions:
1 Make more cards!
2 Do more card challenges – there are so many now it can be hard to keep with them all.
3 Try new techniques.
4 Make ATCs.
5 Improve my colouring technique – very important this one. 🙂
6 Learn how to use my camera properly, especially for photographing my cards.
7 Use up the hundreds of pieces of scrap paper I’ve accumulated.
8 Organise my craft stuff & LABEL the boxes.
9 Make at least one Christmas card a week from now on.
10 Blog more often – I won’t promise to post every day, but will aim for 4-5 times a week.
11 Improve my colouring technique – very important this one!
I think that’s enough for now, but if I think of any more I’ll let you know. And you’ll have to watch this space to see if I manage to keep any of them!
This is the last Christmas card of 2008! The LO is one of Clare Curd’s on docrafts. The backing paper is Joanna Sheen. The tree & the sentiment are from the blog candy I won on Clare’s blog. I attached the silver snowflakes to the Prima flowers with jewelled brads. The ribbons & adhesive stars are from my stash & I found the silver charm in a local shop.
That’s it for now. More tomorrow hopefully.
Love & light to all.
