Welcome to my blog. If you’ve visited before, you’ll have noticed that things are a little different today. After much thought, I have moved my blog to WordPress. I got tired of Blogger’s idiosyncrasies & limitations. I’m still finding my around here, but I like it so far.
Here are my homework tags for Day 5 of Tim’s Creative Chemistry 101 class. This class was all about Distress stains & Colourwash sprays & how they work on different surfaces. I have four Distress Stains; Milled Lavender, Dusty Concord, Broken China, Picket Fence & three Colourwash Sprays; Butterscotch, Purple Twilight & Red Pepper, so my colour palette was limited for this class. But, a challenge is good, right?
After making these tags, I can say I really like the stains & I want more of them. The sprays I’m not too sure of. I think I would prefer to use them on larger areas, such as canvases, as they are very highly pigmented. More playing is definitely required. I’ll keep you posted…….
Thank you for visiting. Until next time,
Love & light.
